Since Buddy’s first opened in 2012, we’ve been dedicated to crafting the most flavorful meals at the best possible prices. We source the finest local ingredients and carefully select imported essentials from abroad, when needed.

## Staff Drinks Policy:

Guests are welcome to treat our staff with drinks. The price is based on our standard menu rates for the selected drink, plus a 50 baht commission for the service staff member.

## Kitchen Staff:

Our kitchen staff are trained to meet core food service standards through regular training. They work diligently to uphold these standards in food handling. We use top-tier commercial refrigeration equipment, closely monitored for proper temperatures. Our kitchen is cleaned and sterilized daily, and all dishware and utensils are thoroughly sanitized after each use.

## Cooking Times:

All our meals are made from scratch.  The average cooking time is **15 -20 minutes**.  We appreciate your patience!

## Take Out:

Leftover dishes are not charged for takeout packaging. Meals ordered to go are charged as per our Menu. The delivery service we use – Grab – adds its own delivery charges.

## Complaints:

A manager or bar supervisor, is always on duty. If you have a concern about your meal, please notify the manager or supervisor before eating. We will promptly address the issue or offer a replacement.
